Using Booked It, you can create events for your venue for any day of the week. Here’s a little walkthrough so you can start creating your events:
Creating Events
- To start, log into your account and click on the eye icon for the venue you’d like to create an event for.
- Now, inside the Venue page, click on Events.
- In the Events tab, select the Add Event button.
- Next, fill in all the details for your event. You can start by filling in the Event’s name and description. Moreover, you also have the option to add a display picture along with a cover photo for the event to make it attractive for the users.
Note: If you don’t upload an image, the event will use the default image you uploaded while populating the profile for your venue.
- Next, add the start and end times of the event. You can also make it a recurring event by clicking on the Recurrent check box and selecting your desired settings.
- You can also add a sales deadline for the tickets. This deadline can end before the event starts or can even be extended until the event is completely over.
- Next, you can add in the terms and conditions required to partake in the event.
- Finally, choose whether you want it to be a public or private event, and add your Product Set. You can add an existing Product Set or create a new one for the event.

- Once you’re done adding all the information about the event, click on Save & Add to save and publish the event.
- Once created, you’ll then have the option to immediately view or edit your event, change your products, and even promote the event.
