Booked It gives you the option to edit your bookings, too. Here’s a little walkthrough of how you can edit your bookings.
Editing A Booking
- To start, log into your account and click on the eye icon for the venue you’d like to edit a booking for.
- Now, inside the venue, select the Sales & Enquiries tab from the left pane.
- Now, scroll down the Sales & Enquiries page to get a view of all the booking entries. You can also search for the booking you want to edit by providing details such as the Sale ID, booker’s name, email, and more.
- Once you’ve found the booking you want to edit, press the eye icon beside it.
- Next, click on the Edit Order Details button to open the Edit Booking page.
- From here, you can edit the booking as you like, starting by updating the date of the booking.
- Additionally, you can edit various booking features through Step 1 and Step 2 listed on the page.
- You also have the option to change the customer’s name or email. Plus, you’ll even be able to add any special notes you want for the booking.
- Finally, after editing the booking, press the Edit Booking button to save your changes.
